Wet Checks and Estimates

Not all damages are in need of mitigation services. Sometimes a wet check is all that's needed to help determine where the water is coming from. We use state of the art moisture meters and infrared cameras to locate water. If there is a problem we can write up and estimate and have it sent to your property management company.
